- Develop and implement continuous improvement governance frameworks to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to optimize supply chain processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Lead capability building initiatives to develop the skills and competencies of supply chain team members
- Establish and maintain KPIs to measure the effectiveness of CI initiatives and track progress against targets
- Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of excellence
- Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices and industry standards in supply chain management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management with focus on continuous improvement
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency in supply chain analytics tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
