Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-day operations for assigned customer accounts, ensuring 100% order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding shipments, status updates, and logistics.
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse and transport teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation and records for audit purposes.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain workflows and reduce costs.
- Report on supply chain performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations or customer account management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including order fulfillment, warehousing, and transportation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or supply chain management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- A proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail.
