As our Supply Planning Executive, you will collaborate closely with procurement, manufacturing, and distribution teams to orchestrate seamless inventory movements. You will be responsible for translating demand forecasts into actionable supply plans, managing OEM production schedules, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization without compromising service levels. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply plans for OEM products to meet sales forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and minimize excess holding costs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external OEM partners to ensure production timelines are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce logistical bottlenecks.
- Prepare regular supply performance reports, highlighting KPIs such as forecast accuracy and service levels.
- Manage end-to-end inventory flow, ensuring all stock movements are accurately reflected in the ERP system.
- Identify potential supply risks and develop proactive contingency plans to mitigate operational disruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or logistics.
- Proven expertise in managing OEM relationships and external production scheduling.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset toward operational challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing and distribution environment.
