Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of Technology of Care (TechCare) initiatives
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from conception to implementation and evaluation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technological solutions for elderly care challenges
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, technology vendors, and government agencies
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to elderly care and aging in place
- Ensure TechCare projects align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
- Lead innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, outcomes, and ROI for senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technology project management, with at least 2 years in healthcare or elderly tech
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technology projects from conception to completion
- Strong understanding of elderly care systems and the challenges of aging in place
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in healthcare or social services
- Knowledge of relevant technologies including IoT, telehealth, assistive technologies, and data analytics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
