Job Opportunity: Executive, Telemarketing
We are representing a well-established client in the services industry who is currently seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Executive, Telemarketing to join their team located conveniently in Singapore River, Central Region. As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you will represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your main responsibilities will include making high-volume outbound calls, presenting product offerings, answering queries, and converting leads into sales. - Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
