Tanggung Jawab
- Execute outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive sales conversions
- Develop and maintain customer profiles in CRM systems while documenting interaction details
- Present resort offerings (attractions, F&B, accommodations) with persuasive product knowledge
- Exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align telemarketing strategies with promotional campaigns
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve objections with solution-oriented approaches
- Continuously update knowledge of resort offerings, promotions, and industry trends
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product expertise
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of telemarketing or outbound sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with numerical aptitude
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Relevant diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
