As an Executive Trade Processing, you will oversee the end-to-end processing of various trade finance instruments. Your work will ensure that all documentation adheres to strict banking standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees (BG) documentation efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal banking policies, regulatory requirements, and international trade laws.
- Communicate effectively with clients, counterparties, and internal departments to resolve queries and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all trade finance transactions and customer accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and trade reports for management review.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with trade processing activities.
- Perform daily reconciliation of trade finance accounts and settle transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience or strong academic background in trade finance, banking operations, or import/export.
- Solid understanding of banking products, specifically Letters of Credit and Documentary Collections.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and banking core systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
