Marina Bay Sands is seeking a dedicated Executive, Training Content Creation to join our dynamic Human Resources Training & Quality Assurance (HTQA) team. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop high-quality, brand-aligned training materials including e-learning modules, video scripts, infographics, and facilitator guides.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate operational procedures into accessible and engaging learning content.
- Manage the end-to-end content creation lifecycle, from instructional design and development to review and deployment.
- Curate and update existing training assets to ensure relevance, accuracy, and adherence to company quality standards.
- Develop internal communication materials to promote training initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Utilize various learning technologies and multimedia tools to create interactive and immersive learning experiences.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of created content based on learner feedback and performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in instructional design, content creation, or corporate training.
- Proficiency in industry-standard authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond).
- Strong visual design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Excellent command of the English language with impeccable copywriting and editing capabilities.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the hospitality or luxury service industry is a significant advantage.
