As an Executive, Training Content Creation at Marina Bay Sands, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning and development landscape of one of the world's most prestigious integrated resorts. You will be responsible for crafting engaging, brand-aligned learning materials that enhance the skills and knowledge of our diverse workforce. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining the exceptional service standards that Marina Bay Sands is renowned for globally. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, develop innovative content solutions, and ensure all materials align with our brand values and operational requirements. - Develop high-quality, engaging training materials for various departments within the organization
- Create brand-aligned learning content that reflects Marina Bay Sands' service standards and values
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and content requirements
- Utilize various multimedia formats to create dynamic learning experiences (videos, e-learning modules, presentations)
- Update and maintain existing training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy
- Measure the effectiveness of training materials and implement improvements based on feedback
- Stay current with industry trends in training and content development methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Instructional Design, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training content creation or instructional design
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, etc.) and multimedia software
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in the hospitality or luxury service industry is highly desirable
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
