You will work directly with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance visitor experiences, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational efficiency. - Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and community groups to align operational goals with organizational objectives

- Monitor budgetary performance and recommend cost optimization measures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements for aquatic facilities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in venue operations or facility management
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and community engagement
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and mentorship
- Expertise in budget management, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations for public aquatic facilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in venue management software and MS Office Suite
