Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and meticulous record-keeping.
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
- Optimize storage space and material handling processes to improve overall warehouse efficiency.
- Monitor warehouse equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on warehouse productivity, stock levels, and potential bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing operational demands.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
