Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end warranty claims processing and resolution
- Ensure strict compliance with warranty policies and industry regulations
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement process enhancements to reduce costs and improve service quality
- Collaborate with service, engineering, and finance teams on warranty-related initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive reports on warranty performance metrics and KPIs
- Train and guide team members on warranty procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in warranty management or automotive service operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms)
- Deep understanding of warranty policies, regulations, and industry standards
- Proven ability to process improvements and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- Certification in quality management or Six Sigma is advantageous
