Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end processing and administration of wholesale credit facilities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and verify credit documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and legal standards.
- Perform periodic credit monitoring and tracking of facility covenants to identify potential risks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Relationship Managers, Risk Management, and Legal departments to resolve operational discrepancies.
- Update and maintain accurate data within the bank’s core credit systems for reporting and audit purposes.
- Handle disbursement activities and ensure all conditions precedent are met prior to facility utilization.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and scalability of wholesale credit operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in credit operations, loan administration, or institutional banking.
- Strong understanding of wholesale lending products and credit facility structures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with banking information systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
