Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize daily XOC operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve operational metrics
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and project execution
- Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for XOC operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and present findings to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operational software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the Information & Communication Technology sector is preferred
