- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with industry stakeholders, key buyers, and exhibition partners
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through targeted partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business relations strategies with exhibition objectives
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, sponsors, and participating organizations
- Monitor partner satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance long-term relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or relationship management
- Proven track record in events, exhibitions, or hospitality industry
- Exceptional networking and interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder management
- Strategic thinking with ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional languages advantageous
- Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities
