- End-to-end planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions
- Coordination of logistics, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- On-site management of event operations and troubleshooting
- Budget management, cost control, and resource allocation
- Client relationship management and stakeholder communication
- Post-event analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in exhibitions/event operations management
- Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Proven track record in managing large-scale trade shows
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Expertise in budgeting and financial reporting
- Certification in event management (e.g. CEM) preferred
