Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for the events industry? PT Maison Events Indo is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Exhibitions - Sales & Sponsorship Lead to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value commercial partnerships for our premier trade shows and B2B exhibitions.
We are looking for a results-driven individual who excels in consultative selling, possesses a deep understanding of the Indonesian B2B market, and has a proven track record of securing major sponsorships. You will work closely with stakeholders to create bespoke exhibition packages that deliver exceptional value while positioning PT Maison Events Indo as an industry leader.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed booth space and sponsorship revenue targets.
- Proactively identify, approach, and convert potential exhibitors and corporate sponsors within targeted industry sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with key stakeholders, exhibitors, and strategic partners.
- Create compelling sales presentations, sponsorship packages, and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
- Represent PT Maison Events Indo at industry networking events, exhibitions, and conferences to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with event objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B exhibition sales, sponsorship acquisition, or high-ticket corporate sales.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong existing professional network within Indonesia’s trade show and exhibition landscape is highly preferred.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with excellent presentation capabilities.
- Proactive mindset, high level of self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
