Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate all aspects of import and export documentation including B/L, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
- Communicate effectively with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments to ensure timely shipments.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade policies.
- Monitor shipment status and provide real-time updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions for auditing purposes.
- Manage shipping schedules and resolve potential logistics bottlenecks efficiently.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to align incoming and outgoing goods with production requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, International Business, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an Import/Export or Logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Customs processes, HS Codes, and PIB/PEB documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with ERP/Inventory software.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight shipping deadlines, and solve problems independently.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
