Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end export-import (EXIM) documentation process, ensuring strict compliance with trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Support the sales team in preparing accurate quotations, sales invoices, and business proposals for international clients.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to track shipments, manage customs clearance, and resolve any delivery or documentation issues.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate sales data and customer records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally, including emails, faxes, and phone inquiries.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and assist in the development of sales strategies.
- Organize and file operational documents, contracts, and sales reports for easy retrieval and auditing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or EXIM operations (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of export-import procedures, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset.
