In this key role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to our sales and export-import departments, ensuring smooth business transactions and fostering strong client relationships.

As a Business Assistant, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing documentation, coordinating with logistics partners, and assisting in sales reporting. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end export-import (EXIM) documentation process, ensuring strict compliance with trade regulations and customs requirements.
  • Support the sales team in preparing accurate quotations, sales invoices, and business proposals for international clients.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to track shipments, manage customs clearance, and resolve any delivery or documentation issues.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate sales data and customer records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally, including emails, faxes, and phone inquiries.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and assist in the development of sales strategies.
  • Organize and file operational documents, contracts, and sales reports for easy retrieval and auditing.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or EXIM operations (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong understanding of export-import procedures, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset.
