As an EXIM Specialist, you will act as the bridge between our company and international markets. You will be responsible for overseeing trade documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and ensuring that all shipments adhere to local and international trade laws. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export and import operations, ensuring timely processing of documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to optimize logistics routes.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian customs procedures and international trade regulations (Incoterms).
- Prepare, review, and verify critical trade documents, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Certificates of Origin.
- Analyze shipping costs and negotiate with logistics providers to minimize expenses and improve efficiency.
- Proactively identify and resolve shipping delays, customs hold-ups, and logistical bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all trade transactions and shipment status reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Trade, or a related field.
- Proven experience in EXIM operations, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian customs laws, import/export regulations, and trade compliance standards.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to liaise with international partners and local authorities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when handling complex documentation.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
