Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track vendor orders to ensure timely delivery and lead-time compliance
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections and testing of materials/services against specifications
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve expediting issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality checks and expeding activities
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures in alignment with SUEZ standards
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive monitoring
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to optimize inventory flow
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement expediting or quality control
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance requirements
