As an Expeditor, your daily responsibilities will include coordinating incoming shipments, tracking delivery statuses, and resolving any logistical delays that may impact production targets. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate delivery logs, reconciling purchase orders with physical stock, and communicating effectively with suppliers to ensure transparency. This position requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of supply chain efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor material deliveries to ensure timely arrival at the warehouse and production lines.
- Resolve delivery delays by communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to find immediate solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date expediting reports and delivery logs.
- Reconcile purchase orders with delivery notes to ensure stock accuracy.
- Liaise closely with the warehouse team to manage receiving processes and inventory discrepancies.
- Assist in quality control checks upon receipt of raw materials.
- Update the expediting database with current shipment statuses and pending items.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification in any field.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing expediting is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
