Nomads Giving Back! is seeking an energetic and professional Experience Host, Driver & Travel Operator to join our team in the heart of Ubud, Bali. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our signature 'Impact Trips,' ensuring that every guest experiences the magic of Bali while contributing meaningfully to the local community.
You will wear many hats, from safely navigating the beautiful roads of Bali to hosting immersive cultural experiences and managing the operational backbone of our tours. Beyond the logistics, you will also play a key role in business development, fostering relationships with local partners to expand our impact-driven travel portfolio. Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary host and ambassador for Nomads Giving Back! Impact Trips, ensuring a seamless and enriching guest experience.
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport guests to various locations, cultural sites, and community projects across Bali.
- Manage end-to-end travel logistics, including itinerary scheduling, accommodation coordination, and ground transportation.
- Facilitate immersive cultural experiences and workshops, sharing deep insights into local traditions and community impact.
- Proactively source and secure B2B partnerships with local businesses, NGOs, and community leaders to enhance tour offerings.
- Maintain high safety and service standards throughout all guest interactions.
- Collect guest feedback and implement operational improvements to consistently elevate the quality of our travel programs.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in hospitality, tour operations, or guest services, preferably within the Indonesian tourism sector.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and familiarity with Balinese road conditions.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English (Indonesian language proficiency is highly valued).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex itineraries and logistical challenges under pressure.
- A genuine passion for sustainable tourism, community development, and cross-cultural exchange.
- Confident interpersonal skills, capable of networking and building rapport with B2B partners and diverse international guests.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and public holidays as required by the travel industry.
