Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively greet and welcome visitors, providing information about attractions and facilities.
- Assist with crowd management and ensure safe distancing or traffic flow within the premises.
- Handle visitor inquiries, feedback, and provide resolutions in a professional manner.
- Assist in ticketing operations, registration for events, and membership promotion.
- Conduct guided walks or provide educational briefings regarding the flora and fauna of the site.
- Support on-site events, workshops, and seasonal programs as required.
- Collaborate with security and facilities teams to report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain high standards of service excellence at all visitor touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level, 'O' Level, or ITE/Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
- Prior experience in customer service, attractions, or the retail industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly disposition.
- Ability to work on a 4-day rotating shift schedule, including weekends and Public Holidays.
- Comfortable working in a semi-outdoor nature environment and standing for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- A genuine interest in nature, conservation, and Singapore’s heritage.
- Proficiency in English; ability to speak a second language is a plus for international guest interaction.
