- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes, according to established recipes.
- Expertly calibrate coffee machines and grinders to ensure optimal extraction and flavor profiles.
- Steam milk to the perfect texture and temperature, creating beautiful and consistent latte art.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service, taking orders and answering questions about the menu.
- Maintain a spotless and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking coffee beans, syrups, and other essential supplies.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Barista in a high-volume cafe or restaurant setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in coffee calibration and operating commercial espresso machines.
- Strong proficiency in milk steaming techniques and creating advanced latte art.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
