Tanggung Jawab
- Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café workspace, including equipment and service areas
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and hygiene
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ordering as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience
- Stay updated on coffee trends, new products, and brewing techniques
- Participate in training sessions to enhance coffee knowledge and service skills
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods and techniques
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation, ingredients, and equipment maintenance
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- English language proficiency (additional languages are a plus in Bali's diverse environment)
