Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with uncapped commission structure
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Document interactions and update CRM systems accurately
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery
- Adhere to company protocols and performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of BPO or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible to work in shifts including weekends/holidays
