Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for system implementations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success criteria
- Create process models, data flow diagrams, and documentation artifacts
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals
- Identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage change management activities and support user adoption
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field with 3+ years of experience
- Proven track record in end-to-end system delivery and business analysis
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation
- Strong proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis fundamentals
- Certification in CBAP or PMB preferred
