We are seeking a highly skilled Experienced Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise to join our dynamic offshore delivery team in the Philippines. In this pivotal role, you will act as a subject matter expert in the Salesforce ecosystem. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing complex business requirements, designing scalable system solutions, and ensuring successful implementation within the Salesforce platform. We are looking for a candidate who can lead stakeholder management, drive process improvements, and mentor junior team members to ensure project excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify optimization opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements and user stories in JIRA.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including Flow automation, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide user training and support documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new features.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (minimum 3-5 years) with a strong focus on Salesforce.
- Salesforce certification (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Administrator) is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with SQL and other data analysis tools.
