Join Bakers Table's dynamic team as we seek a passionate Cafe Manager to elevate our customer experience and operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate daily café operations while fostering a culture of quality and innovation. You'll lead our talented baristas and servers, ensuring every interaction exceeds customer expectations through exceptional service and product knowledge. Beyond team leadership, you'll strategically manage inventory controls, financial reporting, and vendor relationships to optimize profitability while maintaining our signature standards. This position requires a blend of hospitality expertise and business acumen to drive both customer loyalty and operational efficiency in Medan's vibrant café scene.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily café operations including opening/closing procedures and staff scheduling
- Lead, train, and motivate baristas and servers to deliver exceptional customer service
- Implement and maintain quality standards for beverages, food, and presentation
- Manage inventory controls, cost management, and financial reporting
- Develop staff training programs and performance improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and build loyalty programs
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies for revenue growth
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in café/hospitality management with team leadership experience
- Proven track record in inventory control and financial management
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and café operations
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Creative problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Food safety certification (HACCP equivalent)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
