Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively contact potential customers to present products/services and close sales
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through effective call handling
- Document customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales techniques
- Continuously update product knowledge and market trends
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO sales or call center environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills
- Strong verbal communication in English with clear articulation
- Proficiency in CRM software and call center technologies
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented setting
- Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, target-driven environments
