Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following established recipes and standards
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and sanitized
- Collaborate with team members to develop seasonal menus and specials
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff as needed
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage food preparation stations efficiently during peak hours
- Control food costs by minimizing waste and optimizing ingredient usage
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Chef Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food safety
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity in developing and presenting dishes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of kitchen management and inventory control
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Certification in food handling and safety is a plus
