- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes, standards, and guest preferences.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstations, and cooking equipment.
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, including proper storage, stock rotation, and minimizing food waste.
- Ensure all food preparation and cooking processes adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Oversee the quality and presentation of all prepared food items before they are served.
- Assist in menu development and special event preparations as required.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook or Assistant Cook, preferably within a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant setting.
