Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or BPO sector
- Proficient in English communication with clear articulation and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to navigate multiple digital systems while maintaining customer focus
- Empathetic approach to customer interactions with patience and resilience
