Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in luxury villa projects
- Execute panel board installations, circuit design, and grounding systems
- Implement electrical protection devices and surge protection systems
- Conduct comprehensive final testing and quality assurance checks
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and compliance reports
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate electrical timelines
- Adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards
- Manage inventory and procurement of electrical materials
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Electrician/Contractor
- Valid electrical certification from Indonesian authorities
- Proven expertise in villa/residential electrical installations
- Strong knowledge of grounding systems and circuit protection
- Familiarity with international electrical standards (IEC, NEC)
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and schematics
- Experience with final testing and documentation procedures
- Ability to work independently in a construction environment
