Are you a passionate floral designer looking to showcase your creativity during the busiest and most rewarding season of the year? Ferns N Petals is seeking an Experienced Florist to join our high-energy team for a short-term, seasonal engagement in preparation for Mother's Day.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for skilled florists who thrive in a creative environment and enjoy the art of floral arrangement. From May 7th to May 10th, you will be instrumental in crafting the exquisite bouquets and arrangements that make Mother's Day unforgettable for our customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and assemble professional-grade floral bouquets and arrangements for high-volume seasonal demand.
- Process, trim, and hydrate incoming fresh flowers to maintain peak quality and longevity.
- Ensure all arrangements meet Ferns N Petals' high-quality aesthetic standards before shipping.
- Manage time efficiently to meet daily production quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the floral studio.
- Assist in the quality control of finished products, ensuring ribbon work and packaging are pristine.
- Provide support to fellow team members to ensure seamless workflow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in professional floral design or a related floral industry role.
- Strong knowledge of different flower varieties, handling techniques, and floral color theory.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to commit to the full duration of the contract period: May 7th to May 10th.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light-to-moderate floral loads.
