In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the academic trajectory of our students, fostering a creative and encouraging classroom environment, and ensuring that every pupil meets their full potential under the rigorous IGCSE framework.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging IGCSE English lessons tailored to primary and secondary school students.
- Develop high-quality teaching materials, assessments, and lesson plans aligned with international syllabus standards.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular assessments to track academic performance.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, areas for improvement, and goal setting.
- Integrate modern educational technologies and interactive teaching methods to enhance classroom participation.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment that encourages academic inquiry.
- Provide targeted coaching for examination preparation, focusing on key skills such as comprehension, creative writing, and critical analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience teaching English in an IGCSE or International School environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s or teaching certification is a plus).
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Deep familiarity with the Cambridge IGCSE English syllabus and assessment criteria.
- Passionate about student development and capable of adapting to diverse learning styles.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills, with the ability to lead groups of varying sizes.
- Ability to commit to a full-time teaching schedule in Permas Jaya.
