Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the property
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions efficiently and effectively
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with other departments to address HVAC-related guest concerns
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in HVAC systems
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in HVAC technology or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
- Comprehensive knowledge of various HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Valid HVAC certification (e.g., EPA 608) preferred
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Good physical condition with ability to lift equipment and work at heights
