Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end loan processing for real estate and auto loan portfolios
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed monthly targets
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agencies, auto dealerships, and key partners
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities and product enhancements
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Train and mentor junior loan officers on best practices
- Prepare comprehensive reports on loan performance and market analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in loan management, preferably in real estate or auto loans
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, credit policies, and risk assessment
- Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in loan origination software and MS Office Suite
- Certification in credit analysis or lending is advantageous
