As a key member of our claims division, you will be responsible for navigating complex personal injury cases, ensuring that medical reports are accurately interpreted and that legal strategies are supported by robust clinical evidence. Working remotely from Metro Manila, you will support international legal operations, requiring a high level of English proficiency and familiarity with personal injury frameworks. Tanggung Jawab
- Review and analyze comprehensive medical records to identify key evidence for personal injury claims.
- Draft detailed medico-legal reports and chronologies to support legal counsel.
- Assess liability and quantum for a variety of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle and workplace accidents.
- Liaise with medical experts, legal professionals, and insurance providers to facilitate claim progression.
- Identify inconsistencies in medical evidence and provide strategic recommendations for case management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files within the company’s digital management system.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal jurisdictions and internal quality standards.
- Provide expert advice on medical terminology and clinical findings to non-medical legal staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Nursing, or a related Medico-Legal field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in personal injury claims or medico-legal litigation.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and various types of physical and psychological injuries.
- Proven ability to draft high-quality legal documents and executive summaries.
- Exceptional command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Experience working with Australian or international legal jurisdictions is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting strict deadlines.
