Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, high-quality English language lessons to diverse age groups and proficiency levels.
- Develop and implement effective classroom management strategies to foster a positive and productive learning environment.
- Assess student progress regularly through tests, homework, and in-class participation, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and enhance teaching methodologies.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and other extracurricular activities.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students, addressing their specific learning needs and challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of best practices in ESL teaching.
Kualifikasi
- Native English speaker with excellent pronunciation and grammar.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- A recognized TEFL, CELTA, or TESOL certification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience teaching English as a Second Language, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and engage students.
- Adaptability and a genuine interest in experiencing and respecting diverse cultures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
