Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and draft comprehensive financial advice documents and reports for Australian clients.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and fact-finding to support financial advisers in their decision-making process.
- Ensure all advice provided complies with relevant Australian financial services laws and regulations (e.g., ASIC, FOFA).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, ensuring all documentation is organized and easily accessible.
- Collaborate effectively with Australian advisers to refine advice strategies and improve client outcomes.
- Review existing financial plans for updates or changes based on changing client needs and market conditions.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting minutes and summary reports for client reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Paraplanner, specifically within the Australian financial services sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Australian financial regulations, compliance requirements, and legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial planning software.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup while meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Diploma of Financial Planning, FSP) are highly desirable.
