Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to the sports industry
- Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolio in sports sector
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, partnerships)
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in sales/marketing management with sports industry experience
- Proven track record of leading teams and exceeding revenue targets
- Expertise in digital marketing, CRM systems, and sales analytics
- Strong network within Indonesian sports/fitness sector
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
