Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand market share within the Tangerang region and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMU) or equivalent in any field.
- At least 5 years of proven working experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is required, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize, time manage, and achieve organizational skills.
- Residing in or willing to commute to Tangerang.
