- Develop, prepare, and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the K-12 secondary curriculum standards.
- Employ a variety of teaching methods and instructional strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure active student participation.
- Assess student performance regularly through various evaluation techniques, provide timely and constructive feedback, and monitor academic progress.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and student well-being.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support holistic student development and address academic or behavioral concerns.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education or a related field (e.g., major in English, Math, Science, Social Studies), preferably with a Master's degree.
- Valid Professional License Examination for Teachers (LET) certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive and relevant teaching experience at the secondary level, demonstrating capabilities equivalent to a Teacher III status.
- Strong command of subject matter expertise for the assigned secondary education area.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective curriculum and instructional materials.
