Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to all guests throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus to provide accurate recommendations and upsell effectively.
- Ensure dining areas are kept clean, organized, and set up to company standards at all times.
- Manage guest flow, take orders accurately, and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service synchronization.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the venue.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a high-quality restaurant, cafe, or hospitality setting.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with international guests.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a high-energy, fast-paced team.
- Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Polished, professional appearance and a warm, welcoming personality.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude toward continuous learning and professional development.
