Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
- Have extensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items
- Ensure tables are set according to established standards and maintain cleanliness throughout service
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with other service staff to ensure smooth operation of the dining area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fine dining or Japanese restaurant service
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, etiquette, and service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic computer skills for order processing
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of Japanese is a plus
