Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and explaining daily specials with enthusiasm.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering insightful recommendations and confidently answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring impeccable presentation and optimal temperature.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs proactively, promptly attending to requests and skillfully resolving any issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and pristine organization of all dining areas, including precise table setup, efficient clearing, and meticulous resetting.
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash and credit card transactions responsibly.
  • Collaborate effectively and harmoniously with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with company policy and local regulatory requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a reputable restaurant or hotel setting, preferably in fine dining or a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with professional fluency in English (both spoken and written). Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a valuable asset.
  • Strong customer service orientation coupled with a proactive, positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve.
  • Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, including proper table etiquette, wine service, and presentation standards.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as an integral part of a diverse team and adapt swiftly to changing operational needs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by business demands.
  • Valid health certificate or willingness to obtain one, in compliance with local hospitality regulations.
