- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials with enthusiasm.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering insightful recommendations and answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparations.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, efficiently, and with proper presentation, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card transactions with integrity and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, including table setup, bussing, and general cleanliness throughout service.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or concerns in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure seamless service flow and a positive guest experience.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (1-2 years preferred) as a Waiter/Waitress in a reputable restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (knowledge of Tagalog is a significant advantage).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Solid understanding of food and beverage service standards, including basic food safety practices and proper table etiquette.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by business needs.
- A keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service consistently.
- Must be a resident of or willing to commute to Paranaque City or nearby areas.
