Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials to make recommendations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) as it's a must for this role
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
